Terms of Service

Here you can find all the informations and conditions required in order to use our service succesfully.

PAYMENT
You can pay for your commission via PayPal or send money to the company’s bank account via international bank transfer.
Once the project is accepted, there is a requirement for 50% downpayment of commission cost plus cost of the models (if the studio is requested to purchase them). After finishing the project you receive photos. If you are satisfied, you are asked to make the rest of the payment. The models are shipped within 48 hours from booking the payment.

PACKAGING
Den of Imagination pays extra attention to safety of your models. The miniatures will be covered in foam and sponge, then placed in a plastic container. That container will go into a bigger box filled with styrofoam or bubble-wrap. In this way your models should reach you safely but note that the studio can't be responsible for any mishandling of the postal service.

SHIPPING
Cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of the package. Prices below are indicative.

Single models of small size- 10$ worldwide
Big models, small units- 20$
Armies- from 50$

Estimated time of delivery:
Europe: about 7 work days
Asia, Africa: 2 weeks
North America, Canada: 2-3 weeks
South America, Australia and Oceania: 2-4 weeks

Usually shipment fit in those timelines but under some circumstances it takes  longer than expected so your patience will be appreciated. After shipping you are provided with the Postal Tracking Number.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns of the models once they are shipped. The client is provided with photos and video update after the project is finished.

CORRECTIONS
After the project is finished, our clients have a right to ask for one correction if they are not fully satisfied with the result.
